The cornerstone laying ceremony for the new Skyvue Elementary was held on Feb. 22. A small crowd attended as Principal Chris Caldwell spoke on the importance of the occasion that means the new Skyvue Elementary will soon open. Members from Masonic lodges Stafford Lodge #300, Masterton Lodge #429 and the 18th Masonic District then performed a ceremony and placed the cornerstone in the wall of the new building. The stone was donated by Randall L. Gallagher Memorials.
